Chairman of the Board of Directors

Chairman, CEO and Founder of FinPay EDE S.A.U., FinPay NetCorp S.L.U., and The FINLEI Co. business solutions ecosystem. With a University Degree in Business Science Finance, he has extensive experience as a Senior Executive in the Financial Sector with more than 15 years as Corporate Director, Marketing Director, Territorial Director, Business Banking Director and Business Unit Risk Director.

Graduate in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands (1981). Member of the Balearic Islands Bar Association since 1982. Member no. 1170. Professional practice specialising in Commercial and Insolvency Law.

Dean of the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands (2002-2011), Director of Training of the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands since February 2012, Elective Councillor of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers since February 2012. Member of the Justice Forum of the European Commission, appointed by the Council of the European Bar Association (C.C.B.E.) since 2008.

Luis Rubí

Board member

Graduate in Law from ICADE, Diploma in Corporate Legal Consultancy. Speciality E-1, ICADE. and specialised in Tax Law, International Taxation and Prevention of Money Laundering. Practising lawyer and partner of the RUBI BLANC ABOGADOS S.L. law firm, he is a civil servant in the Senior Corps of State Tax Inspectors (on leave of absence) and Customs and Excise Inspector. (on leave of absence).

Inspector assigned to the Executive Service for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Monetary Offences of the Bank of Spain (SEPBLAC)-(1999-2000), Inspector Advisor to the Director of the Financial and Tax Inspection Department of the A.E.A.T. (1998), Director of the Customs Surveillance Service (1997-1998).

Eloy Pardo

Board member

Graduate in Business Studies from Cunef. Extensive experience as a Senior Manager in the Financial Sector with over 20 years' experience as General Manager, Corporate and Institutional Banking, as well as Director of Treasury and Markets. He has been a director in different companies and has developed teaching activities in business schools where he continues to give lectures.
